Peter considers himself fortunate to have encountered advanced opportunities early in his professional experience. He excels in programming buildings and property, pushing the limits of zoning and building codes, maximizing yields and returns. At the same time, he hunts for the small opportunities with the most impact to enhance the user experiences that help define a brand. He aims to offer the level of service to deliver a successful project in a manner that is efficient and responsible with client resources. Peter founded Nightingale Architecture in 2022, supported by demand from past clientele.
Rylie Davis, RA, Partner
Rylie passionately follows the latest design movements, and understands what potential residents are looking for in their future home. She levers her design experience with high-end custom residential to enhance brand value through design choices. She knows the special touches to curate a space, and that architecture is defined by thoughtful nuance. An excellent communicator, Rylie produces stunning visuals and renderings to convey design intent with resident, developer, and municipality alike. Rylie operated as a sole proprietor and contracted specialist of Nightingale Architecture, and officially joined the firm in 2024.
