Two residences (3,300 & 3,100 sf) in beautiful Rosedale, designed for a subdivided cul-de-sac lot — a rare condition in central Austin. The project makes the most of the live oak canopies while carefully using the maximum allowable FAR, with equal attention given to the way each yard is shaped, screened, and enjoyed. Stucco, stone, and gabled roof forms give the homes a grounded, enduring character, while rooftop balconies accessed directly from the bedrooms create private outdoor retreats above the neighborhood.
